SD (Secure Digital) memory cards have a variety of different speed classes in addition to their capacity. My understanding is that UHS-1 (ultra high speed) class 10 is the best there is. While they can record at slower speeds, in order to fully utilize the highest speed capability of this card, your camera must also be a UHS-1 device. There is also a UHS-3 designation. The main difference between 1 and 3 is suitability for 4k/2K recording.
